The most sophisticated sites offer clips of the errors you can play over and over \u2013 can you, or can&#8217;t you, see the flesh-coloured pads on Buffy&#8217;s knees?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Der <a href=\"http:\/\/film.guardian.co.uk\/features\/featurepages\/0,4120,1505405,00.html\">Artikel<\/a> schreibt \u00fcber den am <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nitpickers.com\/movies\/topten.html\">meisten \u201egenitpickten\u201c Film<\/a> (<em>Titanic<\/em>, was sonst) und erw\u00e4hnt die sch\u00f6ne Szene in <em>Star Wars<\/em>, in der ein Storm Trooper unelegant in einen T\u00fcrrahmen rennt. Aber, und das war f\u00fcr mich neu, anscheinend werden die b\u00f6sesten Fehler in Kinofilmen f\u00fcr die DVD korrigiert:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In <em>Assault on Precinct 13<\/em> a nitpicker pointed out that the pills (supposedly illegal OxyContin) that Ethan Hawke pops every few minutes are, visibly, Ice Breaker breath mints. In <em>Raiders of the Lost Ark<\/em>, when Indie has his eyeball scene with the cobra in the Well of Souls, the sharp-eyed moviegoer will see the hero&#8217;s reflection on the safety glass.<\/p>\n<p>But, however sharp-eyed, you won&#8217;t see Indie&#8217;s reflection in the latest DVD set. Like Ethan&#8217;s breath-fresheners, it&#8217;s been edited out. Thank you, nitpickers. Occasionally the industry enters into the spirit of it all. In the latest <em>Star Wars<\/em> DVD set the stormtrooper now whacks his head with an audible thump added to the soundtrack. George Lucas obviously aligns himself with those masters of Renaissance painting who inserted a deliberate flaw in their magnum opus, as an act of Christian humility. Only God (or Spielberg) can create the perfect work of art.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ich bin kein \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfig begabter Nitpicker. Ich achte auch, ehrlich gesagt, nur selten auf Anschlussfehler; entweder weil der Film grottenlangweilig ist und ich sonst nichts zu tun habe oder weil ich ihn schon dreimal gesehen habe und wei\u00df, was in der n\u00e4chsten Szene passiert. Die Fehler, die mir auffallen, m\u00fcssen schon riesig sein. So zum Beispiel die Szene in <em>Thelma &#038; Louise<\/em>, wo die beiden sich in der Countrybar die Kante geben und bei jedem Schnitt\/Gegenschnitt die Margarita-Gl\u00e4ser voll, halbvoll, voll, halbvoll sind. Oder wie die lustige Landpartie in <em>As Good as it Gets<\/em> im offenen Cabrio anf\u00e4ngt und im geschlossenen aufh\u00f6rt. Oder <em>Eat Drink Man Woman<\/em>, der mein pers\u00f6nlicher Gewinner ist in der Kategorie \u201eJedes Mikro vom Set muss mindestens einmal im Bild zu sehen sein\u201c. Seit <em>Thelma &#038; Louise<\/em> achte ich auf Gl\u00e4ser, auch wenn ich nicht drauf achten will, und ich gucke gerne auf Uhren. Ansonsten bin ich eher ein gen\u00fcgsamer Zuschauer, der sich willig auf die mir dargebotene Unterhaltung einl\u00e4sst und gar keine Lust hat, sich das filmische Vergn\u00fcgen mit Erbsenz\u00e4hlen zu versauen.
